食べログには以下のような紹介文がありました。
素材に拘ってお作りした逸品の数々和牛ユッケ、和牛肉寿司、牛タンユッケ、牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ、地鶏炭火など一度食べたら分かる美味しさです
店名にもあるように和牛と牛タンにこだわった店のようです。また炭火焼きの地鶏の焼鳥もも楽しみにしていました。
ちなみに「鶴龍」という店名は元横綱でモンゴル出身の「鶴竜」を思い出させますが何か関係があるのかな？店内は特に相撲を思わせるものはなかったのでたまたまなのかもしれません。

道路を挟んでヤマダ電機の隣のビルに「鶴龍」の看板が見えます。
ビルの一階にも大きな看板。
店内は広く食べログによると80席。
ほぼ半個室の作りで我々の部屋には日本酒が並べられていました。
向きを変えると外の明かりが見えます。
3 池袋 和牛・牛タン・地鶏×個室鶴龍で頂いたもの
今日の連れはいつものQちゃん。
まずはビールで乾杯。
最初は健康的にサラダから。
ベーコンシーザーサラダ
白いドレッシングがたっぷりかかっています。
レタスとトマトがフレッシュで量も多め。ベーコンも効いていて美味しいサラダです。
鹿児島地鶏ささみ
レアで火を通したササミのおつくり。
淡白な中に旨味があるところはさすが地鶏。醤油は出汁醤油でつけると旨味が増します。
炭火地鶏串焼き
左からねぎま・ぽんじり・手羽先。
ねぎまのもも肉は柔らかジューシー。塩加減が絶妙。
この中で一番はぼんじり。ぷりっとした感じで脂がのっています。他の部位の脂とはまた違う上品さを感じます。
牛タン元の極上炙り焼き
最近訪問したらタンは塩が基本でしたが、こちらは甘辛い少し照り焼きのようなソース。
柔らかく噛みごたえもあります。ネギ塩ゴマ油、柚子胡椒と薬味も凝っています。味変を楽しみました。
和牛ユッケ
素晴らしい色合い。ごま、ねぎ、ネギ塩ごま油と場所によって薬味を変えています。
そのまま食べても美味しいですが、肉にネギ塩を巻いて食べると和牛の赤身とサシの旨味がほどよくミックスされて美味しい。
締めはスープにおにぎり。
牛タンユッケジャンスープ
スープはほど良くピリ辛。スープの辛み、キムチの酸味、それに牛タンの旨味が加わりバランスが良いな。
おにぎり
おにぎりがお米がふわっとしてすごく美味しい。Qちゃんもこれは美味いと驚いています。
自分もおにぎりは「ぼんご」など食べ歩いている方ですが、それらよりおいしく感じたほど。またもちろんユッケジャンスープにも合います。
食事はどれも良く普通の居酒屋よりもワンランク上に感じました。
