こちらは、焼き鳥「串八珍」や「シーアン」等を都内中心に展開する豊創フーズ株式会社が手掛けるロメスパブランド『がっつり！スパゲッティぱすたや』の西池袋店。
場所は、JR池袋西口C5出口から徒歩約1分。
池袋西口のロータリーから山手通りに向かう大通りから一本入った路地のビル1階。赤い看板が目印。
平日15時に遅めのランチで初訪問。
外のショーケースにボリューム満点650gのパスタの見本が飾られている！
入店すると先客3名。
奥に長い店内にカウンターのみ15席ほど。
左手の券売機で、この店のオススメらしい
○ とり塩炒めパスタ 並 ¥700
をポチッと。
お昼なら600gを食べたいところだが、午後3時なので並にしておこう！笑
現金以外に交通系ICカードや電子マネーでも支払いできるのはありがたい
空いているカウンターに座り、食券を渡す。
男性スタッフのワンオペ。
料理の手際も良く、待つこと数分で到着。
具材は、鶏肉、玉ねぎ、ピーマン。
さっそく実食。
提供を早めるために、あらかじめ茹でた麺を使っているらしく、昔の喫茶店のようなスパゲッティの固さ。
味付けはしっかりしているので、塩焼きそばのようで、これはこれで美味い。
ピーマンの食感も秀逸。
ただ、個人的に麺はもう少しモチッとした太麺の方が好み。
並盛り300gなので、途中でタバスコを投入して味変も楽しみ、あっという間に完食。
