気軽に立ち寄れるカジュアルな雰囲気のお店です。

イタリアンをベースに、フレンチの要素も加えながらアレンジしたオリジナル料理が楽しめます。
この日頂いたメニューは下記の通り。
・自家製ドレッシングのサラダ
・明太バターレンコン炒め
・エビとキノコのアヒージョ
・バゲット
・鶏肉のトマト煮込み
・豚のロースト
・イカと茄子のアンチョビバターパスタ
・ビスロックワッフル
緊急事態宣言中につき、ドリンクはノンアルコール飲み。
ジンジャーエール、烏龍茶を数杯頂きました。
■感想
お料理ごとにバラつきはありますが、美味しかったものについてピックアップして感想を記載します。
・エビとキノコのアヒージョ
エビ、キノコの食感がしっかりと残りつつも、オイルとガーリックの旨味が染み渡ったアヒージョ。
パンとの相性も抜群で、あっという間にパンが無くなりました。
・イカと茄子のアンチョビバターパスタ
登場した瞬間からアンチョビのいい香りが漂うパスタ。
アンチョビは使い方によっては味が尖ってしまう難しい調味料ですが、バターでマイルドさを付加することにより上手く全体のバランスが取れていました。
お酒にも合いそうな一品です。
味が濃いお料理が多いので、お酒が欲しくなりました。
次回お伺いするとすれば、アルコールが提供されているタイミングでお伺いしたいですね。
