今日は親しい友人と池袋で飲むことになりました！
イタリアンでもどうでしょうと言われ、連れて行ってもらいました笑
池袋ロサ会館の近くで、地下にあるまさに隠れ家という感じのお店です！
まずはおしゃれなラウンジ風のロックに耳を傾けながらハートランドを飲みました！
シュワっと上品な味わいがたまらなく美味しいですね！
料理はカプレーゼを頂きました！
バジルとハムで色とりどりに盛り付けられたカプレーゼはトマトの味わいがとても爽やかで、バルサミコ酢とバジル、とろけるようなハムの旨みがたまらなく感じました！お酒とは本当によく合いましたね！
その後はオリーブを頼みました！
シンプルですが旨みが強く美味しかったですね！美味しさの爆弾でした！
オリーブというと単に最初のおつまみという感じですが、肉を食べるような食べ応えまでがあって驚きましたね！
そしてチキンのニンニク煮はにんにくの味わいとクリーミーな口当たりがたまらなかったです！
鶏肉の食感もプリプリで、クリームソースの味わいが合わさると、最近流行りのジョージアのシュクメルリのような感じで、とても美味しかったです！
その後はめんたいバターレンコンを頼みました！
こちらはパリッとしたレンコンの美味しさと明太子が組み合わさった味わいが美味しかったです！
今回はハイボールを主に飲む二人でしたので、ビールの後はハイボールを飲んでいました！この料理は特にハイボールには合いましたね！
その後は山形豚のトンテキを頼みました！
柔らかくふわふわで、味わいも強かったです！
豚肉のとろける味わいに臭さとか嫌なところがなくて、ただすごく美味しかったですね、、
そして羊のミートボールは羊の味がしっかりと出ていたのが印象的でした！
ちょっと軟骨も入っているような食感とソースの味わいのコントラストがただ単に羊の肉を食べることの数倍美味しさを引き出していたと思いましたね！
本当に何を食べても美味しかったですし、気軽にいろいろと楽しむことができるお店でした！
ワインの種類も多く、イタリアンはワインって思っている方にもとてもおすすめだと思いました！
池袋に用事があったら、また行きたいと思います！
