ナポリタンをいただきました
池袋構内改札外にあるフードコートで
イケてる麺と池袋の麺がかかっている
素晴らしいネーミングで
かつ駅ナカでナポリタンは珍しい興奮するな
ニチャ感のあるビジュアルはまずまずだ
肝心のお味はというと
これは結構酸味を感じるもので
おじさん子供の頃から酸味が苦手なもんで
最近やっと鈍くなってきたのに
誰だよケチャップに熱を加えて旨みが増すとか
酸っぱいじゃないか
というよりこれまんまケチャップ味だな
もしや熱の炒めがもう少しだったか
提供時間とのジレンマでもありそうだ
火力を増すにしても
駅だから裸火もアレだしな
鉄皿にしてIHで熱するのはどうだ
重いし危ないし洗うの大変か
難しいものだな
