天保元年(1830年)創業の「なだ万」のお弁当である。
池袋東武のデパ地下では、「美濃吉」とともに頭一つ抜けている価格帯。
「日本ばし大増」もあるが、個人的には合わない店であり、こういう価格帯の弁当では、やはり「美濃吉」か「なだ万」になる。
「夏のいろどり御膳」(1,782円)＋「夏の茶碗蒸し」(＊388円) ーー 写真の通り。
茶碗蒸しは、正規価格より割引だった。
各々についての詳細は書かないが、全体的に優しくはんなりする味わいの弁当。
いろいろ入っていて、彩り豊かに楽しめる。
素材により味付けの妙があり、その各々を楽しむ。
二之枡の下からは、大きなカレイの西京焼が現れたりした。
魚で言えば、赤魚の南蛮漬けも美味。
三つ葉入りの飛竜頭、エビ入りしんじょうの高野挟みなども趣深い。
実は、2013年6月の下書きで「2.5」の評価だけの下書きが残っていたが、何となく覚えている。
買ったものが悪かったのか、今よりも若造だったからか、薄味で味気無いように思った。
接客もあったと記憶される部分もあるのだが。
見直しつつある、いや、もう完全に見直した「なだ万」である。
