久々の出張だったため、換気を徹底しているお店を探して、宮崎亭さんへ。
ここのハンバーグは塩で食べるらしい。お肉に自信がある証拠です。
店内は所謂昔ながらの喫茶店な雰囲気です。
換気対策はドアを終始開けて換気しています。私は入口近くの為寒かった。このご時世仕方がないです。
注文は宮崎亭和牛ハンバーグランチ220gです。ライスはサイズを選べます。先にスープ、サラダを食べ、しばらく待つとハンバーグが登場です。
見るからに柔らかそうなハンバーグです。はして挟んでみるとすっと切れてナイフは不用で、塩をつけて一口。口の中でとろけていきます。塩が肉の旨味を引き立たせ、ソースが付いていますがほとんど使いませんでした。さすが評判の良いお店です。おそらくステーキもおいしいんだろうなと思う最高の一品です。
