最近ハンバーグを食べたくなるので今までに食べたがレビュー書いてない名店に再び食べに寄ることが多い。人気店はコロナ禍でも客足は絶えないようだ。この店もランチ時間終わりに近いのに満席だった。注文をして暫く待つ。
店内はテーブル席だけでこじんまりとした雰囲気。宮崎牛に特化した柔らかいハンバーグとステーキを食べられる。先日のグリルKの余韻残る中、ハンバーグSとステーキのセットを注文。
厨房は男性向け1人、ホールは女性1人でテキパキと回している。早いタイミングでスープとサラダが出た。暫く待つ。店内には宮崎市のハンバーグの食べ方など掲示されている。ハンバーグが宮崎市100%でツナギもないので肉の味を楽しめということだろう。
暫くしてハンバーグとステーキ着。ハンバーグは柔らかく飲める系。グリルKはしっかり焼き入れて表面はカリッとだから違う系だ。しかし宮崎牛の旨みが溢れていて美味しい。全体的にレアなんで肉汁ジュワでもないし、好みとしては焼き入れもうちょいあっていい。一方、ステーキは抜群に美味かった。
池袋は今やハンバーグの激戦区だが、またハンバーグをゆっくり食べに来たい。
