池袋にこんなお鮨屋さんがあったんだ！
と驚く、上品なお鮨屋さん。
日付が変わってからお邪魔したので、
ネタに限りがありましたが、
その中でもたくさん握っていただきました。
とくに美味しかったのは金目鯛。
香ばしく炙られた皮目に、ぷりっと弾力があって、旨みやほどよいサラッとした脂乗り！
おろしポン酢もありがたかったですね。
シャリはさっぱりめで、小さめだったので、パクパクッといくらでもお腹に入りました。
さらに特筆すべきは、大将の人柄、女将さんのホスピタリティ。
うちの猫が体調を崩している、、というお話をきいていただいたのですが、翌日おすすめの動物病院をお電話で教えてくださるという、驚きのお心遣い……！
