スタッフさんはサービスで忙しくてスルー、2回目で目を合わせお待ちください、しばらく待って2階の右手へどうぞと言われて階段を上が2階にあがり右手に行くとステキな笑顔のスタッフさんがさんがお待ちしていました!カウンター席のどちらでもとのことでL字型の角の席にする、荷物は椅子の下の荷物入れ、コートは近くのハンガーラックにかける
カウンターの前は模様入りガラスでスタッフさん達が見える、向こうからも見える
スタッフさんを待たせて着席、ステキな笑顔のスタッフさん
氷入りのロンググラスに冷水、大きめな紙ナフキン、おしぼりがサーブ
メニューの説明、賄い飯とAのパスタ1が終了とか
パスタはナスのトマトソースにする
シンプルなのでDセット、前菜とサラダ、A,B,Cセットから一品、デザート、コーヒー又は紅茶にする
紅茶の種類をお聞きするとしばらくしてティーバッグを示してくださる セイロンティのディンブラ 、それをミルクティで注文
体感5分ほどで前菜とサラダがサーブ

ブロッコリーのペペロンチーニソース、ベーコンのムース、カボチャのバルサミコ酢、ドレッシングはお聞きすると近くを通った他のスタッフさんが自家製のドレッシングですとフライヤーを見せてくださる にんじん、玉ねぎなどの和風イタリアンとのこと

ペペロンチーニは軽めでスッキリ
ベーコンのムースはベーコンの風味があり柔らかなバケットにバター風味で優しい味で美味しい
カボチャのバルサミコ酢はカボチャが甘くてバルサミコ酢が少しでよくひきたてていて思わず美味しい！と言葉がでる
グリーンサラダは多分6種類の野菜、自家製ドレッシングは安心の和風イタリアン、ちょっと購入を検討するくらい、買わなかったけれど
前菜が9割食べ終わったころ、ナスとトマトソーススパゲッティがサーブ
小ぶり、メニューをよく見ると麺は100グラム、大盛りは追加料金
ナスは柔らかい、上の方はトマトソースがシンプルだったが下の方はコクがありニンニクが良い具合に効いていて美味しい
麺は細麺で味はシンプル、最後までアルデンテ
その後デザートまで5分ほど待った
リンゴのコンポートのクリーム添え
ワイン煮でワインの良い香り、リンゴは硬くてナイフが欲しいくらい かなり若いリンゴで煮込み時間が短いせいか硬くてリンゴにシロップの甘さが少ない
ホイップクリームは緩め
それから3分ほどで紅茶、ミルクは温めてあり量が多いのは感謝 ただミルクを温めすぎてしまったよう
ディンブラ はバランスが確かによい

ランチのパスタはシンプル目のメニュー、ビザは本日のビザでマルガリータのようだったがなかなか大きくてお値打ちに見えたし他もお値打ちセット、紅茶がディンブラ なのもよい、ただこの日のリンゴの赤ワイン煮コンポートは残念、コンポートは中まで柔らかいのが好み、自分では果物が透けてくるまで煮込む
