Have you ever thought to yourself something like this? "If only Coke would come out of the faucet, I'd be happy!" That's what 80% of you probably thought when you were a kid. ☺️ An adult version of this thought: "I wish an endless supply of lemon sours would come out of the faucet!" With this in mind, I explored Ikebukuro and discovered Hakata Jidoriya! It is located on the 9th floor of aune Ikebukuro, a building near Nakaikebukuro Park. I wonder if the name of the building means "we meet"? The name of the restaurant sounded somewhat like a chain restaurant, so we entered the restaurant despite our preliminary investigation. It is affiliated with KICHIRI, isn't it? ◆◆◆=Ambiance inside the restaurant◆◇ Upon entering, a drumbeat sounds like a "pon". If you don't know what I'm talking about, please come visit us...lol Sorry for the above, but the atmosphere is surprisingly good! The lighting is subdued and the atmosphere is good. The inside is spacious and clean, and there is a private room for 10 people, so it might be a good place for a party! The restaurant is affiliated with KICHIRI, which has a stylish interior, so you can tell they are particular about their atmosphere. ◆◆=Cuisine=◆◆◇ - "Seared thigh" ... 858 yen The thigh is cut into a huge slice and served. The color and luster of the freshly seared thigh is a sight to behold... It is served with black shichimi (seven spices), powdered sansho (Japanese pepper), and lemon to your liking. Basically, it is seasoned with salt, and after the crispy texture, the juices come out as you bite into it. The harmony of the salty taste and the juices is ¡Èunmaaaaaii¡É. I thought it was a very good price for this volume. ☺️ - "Hakata Teppan Yatai Chijimi" ... 350 yen! I wondered if pancakes were a Hakata dish. I was wondering if pancakes are a Hakata dish, but when I tried it, I found it to be delicious. The crispy outside and chewy inside are very good. It also comes with chili miso, so extra points for that! Bonjiri no Umadare (Bonjiri with Sauce) Teppan-yaki" ... 616 yen The bonjiri grilled on a teppan comes out shiny. The texture is plump, and the fat and sweetness are outstanding! The texture is plump, fatty, and sweet! This is a cheap price for 60 minutes of all-you-can-drink lemon sour. You can drink as much as you like from the faucet attached to the table, and you can add lemon syrup of your choice to the sours. When I went there, it seemed that if you didn't have a reservation, they wouldn't let you through to a seat that was attached to the restaurant. Please check there! ◆◆=Prices=◆◆◆◆The food is reasonable as mentioned above, and the regular Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is also reasonably priced at 1518 yen. Drinks: - "Premium Malts" - 603 yen - "Hakata Local Beer (Amber Ale, etc.)" - 858 yen - "Sour/Highballs" - 462 yen to 495 yen The drinks are not extremely reasonably priced, but they are on par, so I guess they're good! ◆◆◆=Comments=◆◇ Kyushu cuisine is basically delicious~ Kyushu is my favorite region in Japan. I am grateful to Hakata Jidoriya for providing such naturally delicious Kyushu cuisine at a price that exceeds my expectations. While taking advantage of the temporary craze of the faucet lemon sour, the quality of the contents, which betrayed my expectations in a good direction, was quite highly appreciated!
