浜焼きは、できる限り、よく焼くコトが寛容である。
一般論で、生モノを提供され、客側が調理するスタイルの店の食材は、もしもの場合、客側にも責任がある。
そう考えるべきなんだろう…。
焼肉でも、鍋でも、もんじゃやお好み焼きだって、そうである。
池袋の東口ロータリー、ヤマダ電機のLABI1日本総本店の北口の細い路地の店である。
そのヤマダ電機、もちろん、昔は、三越だった。
知り得る限り20数年以上やっていた居酒屋「河童天国」の跡地。隣は、居酒屋「番」から「牛兵衛」を経て、「一軒め酒場」になった。
東口の御仁からの誘いの一軒目である。
個人的には、あまり好んでいない店だが、年長者の誘いを断るべきではない。
でも、その御仁は目当ての店に入れず、流れて来ての、初めてだったようで、どうだ？と聞かれたが、あまり良い返事ができなかった。
冒頭にも書いたように、とにかく甲殻類や貝類の浜焼きは、焼き過ぎなぐらいよく焼くコトだけを勧めた。
飲み放題のコースには、浜焼きも付いてくる感じだった。
最初のイワシのつみれ焼きのようなモノから、カニの甲羅焼きやイカ焼きのような感じだったか。
説明が無かったので、前菜的なモノまで、勝手に焼いてしまったかも知れない。
海鮮サラダや刺身も少々あり、つまんだが、それなり。
飲み放題だが、オーダーがなかなか通らない。
まぁ、そういう感じの店なので、目くじらなど立てず、じっと待つ。
でも、そうそう呑める雰囲気でもなかったか。
目上の人と呑むときは、それなりに気も遣う。
全体的には、西口の３店より、ワサワサ感はあったが、丁寧な接客だと感じた。
西口は、全体的に、オラオラ感が強い。
ちょっと見直したかも。
