池袋パルコの屋上に有るので訪問しました。

この日は暑くは無いけど風が強かった。
シーズンバイトと思われる若者達がたくさんいて海の家みたいで良い雰囲気。
飲み物は自分でドリンクカウンターまで取りに行くシステム。
