This is a Hamburger restaurant located a little way from Kasuga-dori in Ikebukuro. It is a popular restaurant that appeared in the first episode of "Girls' Gourmet Burger Club". I visited for Sunday lunch. I arrived just before lunchtime, and there was a line of about 15 people when I got to the restaurant. I was prepared for it, so I lined up. The system is that the staff will give you a menu while you are waiting in line and you order. After waiting in line for about 50 minutes, I was finally able to enter the restaurant. 〇 Avocado cheeseburger (1,800 yen) + fries (200 yen) 〇 Cheddar cheeseburger (1,500 yen) + fries (200 yen) The biggest feature of this restaurant's Hamburger is the patty made with lean meat like Steak. A former French cuisine chef manually butchers US beef shoulder loin, removes the tendons and fat from the meat, and cooks it medium rare, resulting in a light yet meaty patty. This is the only Hamburger restaurant where you will be asked, "Is the meat okay medium rare?" The bun is fluffy inside and crisp on the outside. It also has a lot of fresh vegetables such as tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Overall, it was a healthy burger. I also liked that it wasn't too expensive.
