氷見の鰤しゃぶが食べたいねえと
友人と言ってて、鰤しゃぶが食べられるお店を検索。
日本橋とやま館ならあるのでは？と電話をしてみたら、
氷見ぶりの入荷はもう終わったらしいのと、
鰤しゃぶはコロナで今シーズンはメニューになかったらしく、
再開は12月からやる予定だそう。
ならば、氷見ぶりじゃなくても鰤しゃぶが食べたい。
こちらのお店も検索で出てきたので、
聞いてみたら、鹿児島産の鰤しゃぶならあるそうで、
予約して行ってみました。
お店は個室が多いのと、窓際はカップルシートのように
横並び席。
私たちはテーブル席でしたが、隣席とはロールカーテンで
仕切られます。
店員さんからの説明によると、こちらはご飯の食べ比べがオススメらしい。
ご飯の種類のチャート表などを見ると、
とにかくご飯にこだわっているよう。
ただ、ランチを遅めに食べたので、とてもお米は入らなかったので、
鰤しゃぶとお酒を注文。
★天然鰤と京野菜の出汁しゃぶ １人前 2,600円
注文は２人前から。
大きな鰤は８枚。
水菜、豆腐、えのき。野菜はけっこう少なめ。
最初に野菜を入れてぐつぐつ煮込む。
醤油ベースのあっさり出汁。
鰤をサッと食べてみる。
あ、でも中までしっかり温かい方が好きかも。
鰤の脂がのっているかはそこまで分かりませんでしたが、
おいしかったです。

19時半ぐらいになったら、ほぼ満席！
しかも20代が多かったです。
みんなお酒を飲みながら、ご飯の食べ比べをするみたいですね。すごい。
