池袋東口10月1日にオープンしたばかりのお店、「白-はく-」に母と息子と行ってきました。
ここのランチは限定40食のみ。
旬の食材を取り揃えた本格和食に、こだわりのお米で炊いたご飯をいただくことができます。
ランチメニューは
「九枡煮炊き物ごはん」と、「お肉」、「お魚」の3種類。
お肉料理やお魚料理は日替わりで2種類ずつから選べるようになっています。
お肉にも惹かれたのですが、開店直後に伺ってまだ限定5食の「九枡煮炊き物ごはん」がオーダーできたので、「九枡煮炊き物ごはん」にしました。

1品、1品、本当にこだわって作ってくださってるのがわかる美味しさ。
何を食べても本当に美味しいの。
息子はこのきんぴらがえらく気に入ったようで、母の分全部食べてもまだ食べ足りず、私の分ももりもり食べてました。
メンチカツはしっかり味が付いていて、ソースなしでも美味しかった！
里芋と茄子の揚げ浸しはゆずの味が絶妙だったし、青菜のおひたしは青菜の苦さは全くなくてとても優しい味付け、卵焼きはふわふわで、ともかく何を食べても美味しかったです。
そして特にこだわっているというご飯は、なんと土釜で一人一合！
最初、こんなにご飯食べきれないよーと思ったのですが、おかずの種類も多いのと、ご飯がおいしいのもあって、なんだかんだでほとんど食べられちゃいました。
お味噌汁の具はワカメ。今日の「汁」となっていたので、お味噌汁の具も毎日変わるのかな。
店内はあまり広くないけれども、とても落ち着いた空間で隠れ家的なお店。
そしてなによりこれぞ和食！というランチをいただけます。
こういうきちんとした和食のランチをいただけるお店ってあまりないのと、子連れでも快く歓迎してくださったので、また是非伺いたいです。
