今日のお昼はピザを食べようと思っていました。
あんまり無い気分ですよね！笑
ランチタイムに妻と待ち合わせて、
普段からお見かけしていた、
「赤バルRETZE池袋店」さんへ。
目の前は西池袋公園で、
ドアを開け放ちオープンエアー。開放的なお店です。
お店の前に出されている、
ランチの看板を見てメニューを検討します。
お店の中でも、同様のメニューがありました。
たまに外にしかランチメニューが無いお店もあるので、
店内でも見られるのはありがたいです。
A、B、Cのどれを選んでも、
サラダ、ドリンク、タパス付きで1,000円（税込み）です。
「タパス」って何かと思いましたが、
小皿料理だそうです。
私は初志貫徹でBのピザを選び、
妻はCのリゾットを選びました。
ランチセットの、
サラダ、ドリンク、タパスが早々に配膳されました。
タパスはキノコのマリネ風でした。
サラダはドレッシングがかけられている状態です。
サッパリとしたイタリアンドレッシングで、
なかなか美味しかったです。
タパスは、キノコのマリネっぽかったです。
おそらくエリンギ、しめじ、えのき茸でした。
こちらもサッパリしつつ、
旨味がたっぷりで美味しいです。
まずは妻の、
「ポルチーニクリームリゾット」が先にきました。
うっわ～、美味しそう！
私も少し食べさせてもらいましたが、
芯は残っていないものの、
濃厚でなかなか美味しかったです。
そして来ました。
「イベリコサラミとトウモロコシとトマトのPIZZA」です。
生地の厚さも丁度好みですし、
焼きたての香ばしさが食欲をそそります。
サラミもジューシー！笑
美味しかったです。
