スタートは薫るユッケから。薫るユッケの香ばしい煙
は、他の部位への期待と、食欲の向上を促してくれる。
こじには、タンとツラミがお勧め。
5,500円コース頼みました。うまかったけど、量が圧倒的に少ない。ハラミとホルモンを追加、その後、ラーメン食べに。うまさと上品さなら新宿のノーミートの方が良い。
味は良し。お肉にこだわりあり。
外観から見受けられるイメージより高級志向。
美味しいお肉を少量食べるスタイルか。
今回はコース料理だったが、肉の味はもちろんのことビビンバやナムルなども美味しい！

お肉を焼いてくれるサービスはいいが、後ろをずっとウロチョロされるとせかされているみたいな気がした。

以前訪問してから久方ぶりに伺ったが
肉の質、接客の質が落ちた印象
ホルモンは冷凍されたものがそのままでてきており、
素人なのでわからないが
もしかしたらそちらの方が美味しくなると言うことなのか...
