この日は運良く白レバー以外の希少部位が残っていたので、在庫のある希少部位は2人で2本ずついただきました。
⬛︎お通し(枝豆)
粗めのお塩がたっぷりかかってます。
⬛︎しらすみょうが
白出汁系の和風テイスト。みょうがを使ったお料理では珍しい感じのお味付け。
⬛︎お刺身2点盛り

⬛︎ふりそで
胸肉と手羽先のあいだの部位。ほんのりほどよく脂の乗った胸肉という感じで、ふりそでならではの旨みがあります。
⬛︎せせり
こちらも脂がのりすぎず、旨みがギュッと感じられてよかったです。
⬛︎みさき
これ大好きです。ぼんじりっぽい見ためなんですが、脂は控えめでコリッとした食感が楽しめる。

大好物のちょうちん！
きんかんも大ぶりで、ひもも立派で弾力あり。
これだけ希少部位の揃う焼鳥屋さんなのに、居酒屋さん感覚で利用できる価格帯。
結構たくさん飲んでたくさん食べましたが、お会計は4000円弱/人でした。
実は何度もお邪魔しているお店。
なんと朝7時まで営業されているのもありがたいポイント！
ちなみに喫煙者のわたしとしてはこちらも嬉しいポイントなのですが、店内喫煙可です。
ただし希少部位は売切れの日も多いので、とくにちょうちんがいただけた日はラッキ〜！
