プロントのパスタが気になるのだが土日の池袋は
人が多く駅周辺やサンシャイン６０付近も混む。
豊島区役所のビルにも店舗があると知って訪問♪
え？プロントでなく、エプロントと違うのかぁ…
メニューも異なり、お目当てのパスタは無いけど
一度は食べてみたい感じの店だったので楽しみ♪
■ 四元豚とアスパラのジンジャーソース
あら…豚肉の風味が絶妙で美味しさに夢中です！
三元豚は珍しくないですが４種掛け合わせとは…
この四元豚の存在にアスパラもジンジャー風味も
脇役みたいになってますが良いバランスでした♪
■ 天然酵母パンのアボカドサルサドッグ
なんとなく注文してみましたが、こちらも旨い♪
久しぶりにパンが美味いと感じたのは天然酵母。
やはり違うものなのですかね…パンって素敵だ！
サルサソースも程よい刺激で一体感ありました。
パスタと一緒だと量が多いのが難ですが大満足。
レジのみでしたが店員さんの接客も心地よくて、
やはり駅近くなど騒がしい店とは異なり優雅だ。
とは言いつつ満席に近い混雑っぷりなのでした。
