東急線沿線じゃないのになぜか池袋にはあるしぶそば、東武の地下にひっそりと営業中。
かき揚げは季節によって変わりますが12月からは「紅生姜のかき揚げ」580円。クーポンでワカメもトッピング。かき揚げは紅生姜オンリーではなく玉ねぎも入っており、辛さと甘みのバランスが絶妙。そばつゆによく合う。定番メニューにしてほしい。
