渋谷からなくなった「しぶそは」が池袋東武ホープセンター内に池袋店としてあります。
平日13:00頃到着。
店内満席で私の前に1名待ってます。
外からの券売機でかき揚げ（紅生姜）そばと玉子をチョイス、かき揚げが紅生姜になってましたが、天玉そばです。
厨房3人、お客さんは9名で満席。
食券を渡して、席が空くのを待ちます。
それまで、作りません。
席が空いてから、作り出します。
生そばに、品のあるお汁、渋谷でなくても「しぶそば」
池袋は「君塚さんが今年閉店したので個人店無くなりましたね…残念。
ご馳走様でした！
