池袋駅東口を出て、東口五差路を一本裏手に入ったところにある栄町通り。飲み屋が集まり独特の雰囲気を醸し出してるエリアなんです。その中に『漢方和牛とかき小屋 四喜』はあります。
『生牡蠣(門司・情島・夢牡蠣)』
まずは生牡蠣の食べ比べ。福岡県産の『門司』、広島県産の『情島』、宮城県産の『夢牡蠣』の3種類をオーダーしてみたらちょうど小・中・大に分かれました。門司も情島も美味しいけど、なんと言っても夢牡蠣のサイズがすごい！食べ応え満天です。
『特製焼き牡蠣(おまかせ5種盛り)』
今度は焼き牡蠣をオーダー。10種類の特製ソースのうち5種類をチョイスしてくれます。今回はトマトチーズ→バジル→グラタン→明太マヨ→ネギ盛りの5種。
『海老ガンガン焼き』
メイン料理でオーダーしたのは鍋ではなくちょっと高めの煎餅が入ってそうな缶に海鮮をたっぷり入れた一品です。ガンガン焼きがデフォなんですが、海老バージョンやオマール海老バージョンもあるので、海老バージョンをチョイスしてみました。でも牡蠣も食べたいので、牡蠣も追加トッピング。あっつあつの海老を手で剥いてハフハフ言いながら食べるのがすごく楽しい！
『トマトチーズリゾット』
ガンガン焼きを食べ終えたら、海鮮から出た大量のエキスを使ってトマトチーズリゾットを作ってもらいます。チーズをバーナーで焼いて香ばしく仕上げます。とろ〜り美味しい♪
『漢方牛の炙り』
漢方を飼料として与えている”漢方牛”もこのお店の売りです。亀の子という部位にバターを乗せて炙ったこちらは、ねぎを巻いて食べると激ウマ！
『みすじのローストビーフ』
こちらは漢方牛のみすじを使ったローストビーフ。おろし的なソースと温玉が乗ってて一緒に食べると美味ー！
他にも時間がかからずすぐに出てくる料理が『即菜』としていろいろあり、『きゅうりの一本漬け』や『いぶりがっことクリームチーズ』、『日向夏の甘酢大根』などいただきました♪

この日は最初にビールを飲んだ後日本酒をいろいろ楽しみました。
