池袋にある牡蠣のお店に行ってきました。
メイン通りから少し裏に入ったところに有り、
隠れ家っぽい感じもあります。
かき小屋ということで早速頼んだのは生牡蠣の全種盛り！
お店の方が産地も詳しく教えて下さいます。
それぞれの牡蠣ごとに食べクチも違って美味しい！
個人的に気に入ったのは宮城の生牡蠣。
クリーミーで美味しい！
この牡蠣は特にお店でも大量に仕入れてらっしゃるそうです。
牡蠣醤油もとてもよく合います。
そしてこのお店は漢方を食べさせて育てた漢方和牛も楽しめるということで、
まずはたたきをオーダー。ビールとの相性が良いですね。
ステーキも食べたくなり、トップラウンドをお願いしました。
漢方和牛、ステーキでも噛みごたえといい味といい気に入りました。
野菜も取りたかったので、春菊とサニーレタスのグリーンサラダ
を頂きました。これはもう緑がいっぱいで身体にも良さそう。
新鮮な味です。
最後は名物というガンガン焼き！
牡蠣はもちろんムール貝なども含んで盛り沢山。
缶に入った牡蠣が目の前でガンガン焼きされてるのを見せてもらえます！
調理の様子はけっこう映えるかも。あったかい牡蠣も美味しい！
ガンガン焼きはいろいろな〆が選べたのですが、
今回はトマトチーズリゾットで。貝の出汁が効いたリゾットは絶品です。
たっぷりの牡蠣とお酒を堪能して大満足。
すぐ近くに姉妹店もあるみたいなので今度はそっちに行くのもありかな。
