■ 事前情報
来店時の評価 ★3.36
金曜日の21時半ごろに3名で訪問。予約なしだったが、21時を過ぎて退店するグループが何組かいたようで、15分ほど待って入れ替わりで入店できた。
■ 雰囲気・サービス
急遽の飲みだったので、短い時間でリサーチし探したお店だったので、詳細部分はリサーチできておらず、漠然とやや高級路線よりのお店かと思っていたが、高級路線ではない。お店は古民家を改装したような造りで、古民家と言うと聞こえは良いが、正直建物はボロい。トイレも男女兼用で狭く、客が使ったタオルペーパーが散乱。従業員はほぼ全員が学生アルバイト風だったが、接客対応は○（マル）。全般的にお店の雰囲気は、雑多な感じ。
客層は、比較的若めの会社員、OLが多かった。学生はほとんどいなかったと思う。

お会計も友人が取りまとめて、参加者から徴収していたので、金額不明。ただ、1人5,000円以上にはなっていたと思う。
■ 味
・ 全国各地の牡蠣
全国各地の牡蠣を食べ比べできることがウリのようだ。提供時に店員さんが産地を説明してくれたが、一瞬だったのですべて聞き取れず、宮城産だけ記憶にあり。その牡蠣だが、3つのうち1つは美味しかったが、残り2つの牡蠣は牡蠣独特の風味がなく、ほとんど無味。牡蠣の食感だけを味わった感じ。全国各地の牡蠣食べ比べよりも、厳選した美味しい牡蠣を3つ提供してほしかった。
・ 牡蠣のガンガン焼き！！ ￥2,780
後で知ったが、結構いいお値段します。演出は派手で良かったが、味はというと、牡蠣は生牡蠣の方が断然うまいし、牡蠣以外のよくわからない貝は、あまり美味しくなかった。そもそも、貝を蒸しだだけの料理なので、素材が相当新鮮・旬でないと、美味しいと感じさせるのは、厳しいだろう。
その他、馬肉、海老クリームコロッケは普通に美味しかった。
料理は友人が主導し、半ば勝手に注文していたが、明らかにオーダーが海鮮系に偏り過ぎ。後半に海老刺しが提供されたが、正直牡蠣を中心とした貝類や、馬刺し、レバ刺しなどナマモノ系をたくさん食べていたので、食欲がわかなかった。
・ ガンガン焼きで出た出汁で作るトマトチーズリゾット
店員さんからオススメされて注文。締めには最適だったが、味は普通かな。貝の出汁にご飯とチーズを入れただけなので、もう少し野菜系とか他の具も欲しかった。
■ ドリンク
生ビールのステンレスタンブラーだが、底上げされていたので、実際は350mlも入っていなかったのではないかと。この点は大きなマイナス要素。
■ コスパ
最終的な価格が不明のため、はっきりと言えないが、メニュー個々の価格の印象は、ドリンク含め、やや高め傾向。ここ数年、池袋で飲む機会がなかったので相場はわからないが、池袋駅前の繁華街にあるお店なので、このあたりの居酒屋の中では平均的な価格設定かもしれない。
■ 総合
もう少し落ち着いた雰囲気をイメージしていたのと、洗練された料理を期待していたので、ちょっと期待値以下だった。2回目はあるかな..。
