休日昼下がりの店内でスクティダルバット／ブタンダルバット／パングラフライダルバット／チキンチョイラダルバットと4種揃い踏みな変わり種ダルバットの中から今回オーダーしたのは表題のコチラ↓
辛さを聞かれ「激辛！」コールしたらホールのオニイイサンに「カナリカライケドダイジョウブ？」と一旦静止され、日和って辛口に変更したところ食べ進むうちに額に汗が滲んでくるレベルと確かに辛口でもナカナカの辛さで運ばれてきたスクティ（羊干し肉）と野菜のスパイス炒めを筆頭に
ネパール山椒ティムル＆胡麻香るムラ（大根）・アル(じゃがいも)・ムングダル(緑豆)のミックスアチャール（お代わり自由）／滋味深い味わいで控えめに効いてる生姜の風味がアクセントのダル（お代わり自由）と、飯泥棒スキルmaxな品々をバット（他店でよく見かける「バート」のカナ表記とどっちのほうが現地の発音に近いのか知らんがお代わり自由なライス）のみで迎え撃つのは腹加減的にも流石に無理があるかと休日ランチならではのビールも別途追加でw、飯泥棒兼酒泥棒満載なネパール定食スクティダルバットをガッツリ平らげ、ご馳走様！
