接待していただきました！
イクスピアリの今半(時間によっては窓から花火が見えます)にはよく行っていたのですが、
池袋今半は初めて
ちょっと混んでたので
少し待っておじゃましました、
今半は中居さんのスキルや話術で
滞在空間がかなり変わるのですが、
こちらの中居さんは
野菜豆知識スキルが素晴らしく、
今半で今この季節だからこそ使われる希少な葉野菜について丁寧に教えていただきました。
お肉が主役ではあるのですが、それを際立たせる野菜達もクオリティーが高くて良かったです
コースでしたのでお造りなども美味しくいただきました
最後の肉汁出汁のたまごごはんの時はスプーンくださると嬉しい⭐
素敵な接待で今後も益々がんばれそうです！
