焼肉の和民と同じビルの4階。
普段よく通るが全く気付かず。
おやつ時間の訪問目的だと
あちこちのお店が休憩中だが
こちらは通し営業とありがたい。
でも温野菜は今まであんまり
良い思い出無いから10年以上ぶり。
店内に入るとやはりノーゲス。
すぐにパラパラとお客様来たが。
店内綺麗で接客も良い。

和牛出汁はあっさりした
テールスープで野菜も食べやすい。
肉追加で牛モツをドバドバ入れたら
もっと濃くなりそう。
根昆布出汁は

昆布の味が深くてポン酢に合う。
牛カルビ
柔らかくて脂も合って旨いね。
牛赤身
脂が少なく肉々感。
柔らかいよ。
三元豚カルビ
薄い豚肉でも旨味あるね。
野菜
きのこ5種あるし洒落ネギも
何度もお代わり。
豆腐
絹豆腐
〆もたくさん合ったが
無しでデザート。
全く同じ牛角アイスを
食べて終了。
腹一杯で動きたく無いくらいだったが
帰ってレシート見たら2人で肉10皿。
他のお客さんよりか
まったく頼んで無かった肉。
酒ばかり飲んでたから。
久しぶりの訪問でしたが
接客、言葉使い、料理など
非常に良くて驚いた。
他の店舗はどうなのかな？
トイレは男性1つと女性2つ。
西武口店は17時以降も
使えるクーポンあるし
また利用したいね。
ジョッキが綺麗なのと
脂の泡が付いてるのが
あったのが気になったが。
