今夜はこちらで一杯。
東武デパートの地下１階。駅直結なので雨に濡れずに済む。
意外や意外。１８時に行ったら満席で店外の椅子に客が並んでた。
確かにコンセプト通り。蕎麦屋ならではの気の利いた酒のつまみが揃ってる。
日本酒もいい地酒があるじゃないですか！
●席料・お通し ０円 揚げ蕎麦
●生ビール ５９０円
●新政 亜麻猫 ９５０円
●串天おまかせ５本 ７５０円
まずは生ビールをグビり。
続いて日本酒を。甘口が好きなのでそう書かれた新政の亜麻猫を。
９５０円って書いてあったから勝手に１合かと思ってたら半合だった。
おまかせ串天５本７５０円は下記の通り。
●ちくわ １５０円
●しいたけ １８０円
●海老 ２８０円
●かしわ ？？？円
●なす １５０円
かしわは定番メニューに載ってなかったから価格は分らん。
けど１５０円だとしても合計９１０円。１６０円お得。
〆は「もり７８０円」で。
麺量は茹で前１４０ｇだって。じゃあ２００ｇの大もり９５０円で。
蕎麦は店で毎日国産の蕎麦の実を挽いてるらしい。
もちろん製麺も店でやってる。
出て来た蕎麦は星がくっきり。
食感はまっとうな二八だった。
店で毎日挽いてる割には香り乏しかったけどね。
ツユも鰹出汁が丁度いい濃さ。カエシも同様で強くもなく弱くもなく。
面白味はないけどこの蕎麦に合ったいいツユだと思うよ。
デパート飯としては満足。
