跳ね馬さんは池袋東口から少し離れてるところにある馬肉バルで、
「がぶ飲みワインと豪快なグリルが自慢の肉料理」がコンセプトのお店です。
店外はバル的な印象を持つ外装になっていておしゃれです

店内は鏡ばりで広めの空間に見せる式。
きれいな感じでいい雰囲気です。
実際席もそれなりに離れているので、
わいわいがやがやしていてもそんなにストレスは感じない作りになっています

・『5点盛り』…2390円
5点盛りといいつつも、たてがみとももがサンドされているため実質6点盛り！
・ロース
・サーロイン
・たてがみ＆もも
・えんがわ
・ひれ
以上の5点がデフォルトです。
各3枚ついてくるので、一通り感じが分かります♂️
馬も部位によって全然食感や味が違うのですが、
特に気に入ったのは、
甘味たっぷり旨味ぎっしりの優秀な肉の部位としても有名なサーロイン！
ヒレも柔らかすぎて口の中に入れた瞬間にとろっとろ。至高
跳ね馬さんの馬刺しは解凍が丁寧なのかどれも馬肉の味をしっかり味わえ、
食感も食べやすくとても良い品質でした。
・『馬肉のレア唐揚げ』…790円
はじめて食べた馬肉を使ったレア唐揚げ！

唐揚げといってもフリット的な薄い衣で揚げたもの
コーティングしている唐揚げの風味に赤みの旨味がとても良く、
やわらかくてさっぱりなのに食べ応えが有り気に入りました。
・『馬タンスモーク』…750円
馬のタンも初めて食べましたが、
「普通にタン」！！！って感じなのですが、
脂がしっかり乗っている印象です。
良い意味で癖が全くなく、
素直においしかったです。
・『蝦夷鹿のグリル』…100g1300円
跳ね馬さん刺しだけでなくグリルにも力を入れているようですので、
蝦夷鹿のグリルをいただきました。
噛み切りにくいけどうまい！
他にもいろいろグリルあったので食べたかった～

・『黒ラベル レギュラーサイズ』…540円
ドリンクは一人2000円くらい飲んで、
お会計は一人5500円ほどでした。
バルとしてはややリーズナブル～並みくらいの値段感かなと感じます。
同じ馬刺しでいうと板橋、大山に破格の料金で提供してくれる居酒屋さんもあるので、
そこと比べてしまうと高く感じますが、
色々な食べ方もでき、店内もおしゃれでこれは需要大あり♀️
コースの方は1500円で飲み放題つけられ、こっちのほうが断然お得なので
複数人で来られる場合はこちらも検討してみてください！

お料理は全部おいしかったし、雰囲気も良い
安心安定に馬刺しを食したい方におすすめできる一店だと思います。
あとお料理に度々ついてくる馬の大根がかわいかったです☺️
