店内かなり混雑しておりエレベーター前まで並んでいる状態。
【赤から鍋(赤3番)】990円(1人前)
＊カジュアルにいただける本格的辛味噌鍋。辛さのレベルは選択でき、ベーシックの辛さは赤3番。次第に辛さが増してくるのが心地良い。
＊具材は国産牛ホルモン、豚バラ、名古屋コーチン入りつくね、油揚げなど多彩なラインナップ。牛・豚・鶏を制覇している。追加トッピングも多く揃っており、トッポギやマロニーといった嬉しいプラスαも追加注文できる。
＊値段の割に結構なボリュームが入っており大満足できる。辛さ一辺倒では無い旨さが楽しめるのが良い。
【パルミジャーノチーズリゾット】590円
＊赤から鍋のシメに注文。ベーシックな おじやにミックスチーズ、そしてパルミジャーノチーズが追加されたスペシャル版。
＊チーズが入ることで辛みがマイルドになるかと思いきや、スープの辛みが凝縮したおじやなので想像よりずっと辛い。が、味噌のコクとチーズの奥深さが見事にマッチし十分に満足できる。
【チーズたまご焼き】590円
＊だし巻きにチーズ、そして赤かららしく辛みがトッピングされた特製たまご焼き。
＊メニュー写真と比べるとチーズの量がだいぶ少ない。が、それでもだし巻きの美味しさとチーズの味わい、ほんの少しのピリ辛が上手に美味しさのバランスを保っている。
【名物3種盛り】1,090円
＊鶏セセリ、鶏かわ、そして本日の一品が盛られた焼きモノ盛り合わせ。この日は鶏つくねだった。
＊辛さは全くなく、鶏の味と塩とで勝負されたシンプルながら奥深い味わい。おつまみに最適。また辛い食べ物の箸休めにもなる。お好みで黒胡椒を振りピリ辛にもできる。
