池袋の大箱焼きトン屋さんだが、新規開店でお店はとっても綺麗。お味も美味しいと思いました。が、一緒に行った方が、焼きトンをすぐにバラしてしまったので、写真は失礼な様でございますが、ご容赦の程を。やはり焼きトン屋さんには、一人で伺うものですな。
こちらで驚いたのは、かなり早い時間(午後5時くらい)に伺ったのに、しかもかなりの大箱なのに、あっという間にお客さんで一杯となったこと。凄い人気店になってるんですね。ま、分からなくもなく、お店がとても綺麗で、若いお客さんが入りやすいんでしょう。それに、他の焼きトン屋さんとちょっと違って、サラダ系が充実していて、かつかなり美味しい。ここら辺が、みつぼなんかと違うところで、戦略的にも優れていると思います。
次回は一人で伺い、焼きトンは串からはずさず食べたいと思いますので(笑)、よろしくお願いいたします。池袋って、多様な焼きトン屋さんがあって、私は個人的に大好きな街であります。
