池袋ハシゴ3軒目はコチラのお店。見た目は普通の唐揚げとハイボールの店。かと思いきや…全然違ってビックリした日。4名で訪問。
ここの店。高級店の味がした。えっ！普通のハイボール屋さんじゃないの？（自問自答を繰り返す私）
◆お通し（3品）500円→ここから、既にド肝を抜かれた。
・わさび枝豆
・鶏スープ ◎
スープの表面に薄っすらと膜がはる程濃いスープ。優しいお味だけれども鶏のコクが凄い。コレ凄いよ…塩っぱくないし。熱々だし。嬉しいお通し。
・大根おろし
大根卸しは卓上の醤油をかけると…あら不思議！高級和食店のお味がする。で、聞いてみた。◎お店で作った出汁醤油との事。ムムム…
◆鶏のお造り4点盛り（サッと火入れしてあります）◎
モモ、胸、ササミ、砂肝 2400円
噛むと、鶏自体の味が濃い…で、聞いてみた。麻布の某高級店と同じ鶏との事。マジか？行った事はないが、高い店だ。
ココが良いわ〜値段は10分の1だものw
鶏刺しは、お店のオススメ日本酒（安いです）にもあいますよ。
◆至高の塩唐揚げ 680円 ◎
胸肉だけれども、パサついていない。私は美味しい鶏屋さんでは胸肉の唐揚げが好きだ。火入れも良し。衣もカラッしていて胃もたれ何て全くしない。油も良いものを使っていると想像できる。見た目、味に共に高級店の味だけれども、ハイボールに合う！ビールにもね！
◆焼鳥 せせり、モモ（塩）各200円 レバー（タレ）180円◎
★せせりを、お口へ含んだ瞬間にジューシーで良質な脂と旨味の共演がはじまった…塩梅もよくて噛んだら、ムギュと
また、旨味。の繰り返し。久々に好みの焼き鳥に出会った。
★レバーのタレが上品。アッサリしていて、完璧な火入れのレバーを邪魔しないけれど、レバーのレベルもグッと上がるタレ。塩でもイケるレバーだが、タレも絶品だった。
◆4人、それぞれ、黄金比のハイボール500円。ビール、日本酒など…私が頂いた、◎黄金比のハイボールも凄く美味しい。
お会計は一人あたり3000円位。！安っ。
チャラチャラしている店かと思って入ってみたら本格的な鶏料理専門のお店。鶏も朝捌くという良店に巡り会えた。
しかも、気取っていない。椅子の座り心地は悪いけど…文句を言える値段ではなかった（笑）
予約困難な高級店にいかなくてもここで満足できちゃう、財布にも優しい。リピートは決定です。
今回はハシゴの3軒目で、腹パンだったので、またリベンジしたい。次は全力で色々と食べたいと思った。
