今日は数ヶ月ぶりに会う友達とランチ CHEESE CHEESE ＆ Meat. COMTEへ行ってきました。
場所は池袋駅東口から徒歩3分の好立地にある、地下1F。
地下は入りにくいイメージがあるけど、こちらはレンガ模様にチーズが描かれていて分かりやすいの。
店内は可愛いカフェ風、実は11:30オープンと同時に行ったので一番乗りかなと思ってたんですが、
私たちの前に3組もお客さんがいました。
実は実は出る時も、入口から外に行列ができていて、こんなに人気がある店だとは思いもよりませんでした。
OLのときからランチも予約する癖がついていたから予約してきたんだけど、これが正解でしたね。
つもる話が沢山あって、入口から話通し(笑)
じゃー、ランチはちょいと贅沢して、「2名様で楽しむ♪ペアコース]」というのにしました。
これは、前菜と、ラクレットまたはチーズフォンデュ、パスタ、デザートが選べるのです。
せっかくコースにするんですもの、やっぱり乾杯したいよねってことで、200円追加でビールに変更。
たっぷり入っているランチビールが嬉しいです！
相談して、リコッタチーズのベリーサラダを選択。
サラダにかけるドレッシングはベリーでピンクなんですよ。
甘酸っぱい香りが漂う...たぶんビネガーでしょうか。
サラダが可愛いって言う日がくるとは思わなかったわ、女の子なら好きだよね❤
ラクレットはかみこみ豚の自家製ベーコン、つくば鶏もも肉、ソーセージのグリルプレート。
熱々の鉄板プレートに乗ってきたよ。
そこへ、かみこみ豚の自家製ベーコン、つくば鶏もも肉、ソーセージのグリルプレート登場。
こんがり焼けた硬いチーズと、とろーりとしたチーズをたっぷりと、たっぷりとかけてくれるんですよ！
食べてる時も凄いなと思ったけど、あとから写真みても凄い蕩け方ですよね。
もはや具が見えないくらいチーズ山盛りです。
このチーズ、北海道で有名な花畑牧場のラクレットチーズなんですって。
一口二口、もうたまらないわ。このコース本当に一人2000円ちょっとでたべられちゃうんですよ。
本当にお得なコースだわ❤
パスタは、フルーツトマトとモッツァレッラチーズのフレッシュポモドーロ。
これはトマトの酸味がほどよく効いていて、見た目よりあっさりしているのでラクレットのあとに丁度良かったです。
２人でシエアして丁度よい量を計算してあって、しっかり完食。
デザートは一人好きなものを選べます。
私はバスクチーズケーキ、友達はこだわりのTORO-NAMA プリン。
バスクチーズケーキは、スペインのバスク地方で生まれた、
真っ黒な見た目が特徴的なチーズケーキ。
わざと高温で長時間焼き、表面を焦がすことでカラメルの香ばしさをだすケーキなんです。
なかなかお目にかかれないケーキなので選びました。
中がふんわり蕩けるような柔らかさです。
アルコールがついて、デザートまでキチンと食べられるランチコース、スゴイ満足感が高かったです。
なにより、ラクレットのチーズを掛けてくれるときのスタッフさんの笑顔が忘れられらないわ～^^
