前日にゴートゥー予約。
予定より早めに着きそうだったから電話してみたらまだ席が空いてないって、駅から遠いのに人気なんだねーΣ(ﾟдﾟ；)
コート掛けにはビニールがかかってるのが嬉しい♪
そして窓際のテーブル席に案内して貰ったから臭いは付くけど(ファブリーズ有り)風通しが良くてよかった♪

肩ロースは肉厚ジューシー！脂乗ってる！
タレがなんだかんだ1番おいしい！
ある程度焼いたミディアムレアがいい感じ。

塩か柚子胡椒ポン酢で
コリコリ！胡椒が効いてる。
そのままでも美味しいけど塩ちょっとつけた方がいいかも。
