ゴールデンウィーク中19:00訪問。かなり前に予約して座席確保済み。当日は予約で満席とのことで、予約必須のよう。
当日は6,578円（税込）のプレミアム食べ放題をチョイス。アンケートに答えれば、スタンダード飲み放題→プレミアム飲み放題、食後デザートのグレードアップ、があるというので、こちらも対応。
最初にお店の用意したタン盛合せ（人数分）を食してから、追加オーダーをテーブルからネットオーダーするシステム。盛合せは店員が焼いてくれ、焼き方、食べ方をメニュー別に丁寧に説明してくれる気の利いたやり方。
当日のメンバーは一致で厚切り仙台牛タンがお気に入り。程よい弾力と柔らかさで、分厚いタンを堪能。また、数量限定のタンのハンバーグはかなりの逸品。口中に入れると肉汁ドバーっという感じで、なかなかの食べ応え。
タン以外の通常牛焼肉メニューも豊富で、厚切りサーロインは見た目の迫力に圧倒される。薄切りの焼牛しゃぶも脂のりまくりで白米を巻いてタレにつければすき焼き気分。
店員の皆さんは他店よりも人数多く、お願いすれば快く焼きやカットを手伝ってくれる。愛想よく、行動もキビキビしていて（少数の例外いるので、そこは声かけないで）とても快適に時間過ごせる。
ただ、ここは100分制（LO70分）のため、かなり後半は忙しなくなる。2時間制との20分の差がこれほど大きいとは思わなかった。なんとか2時間にならないものか。
