ご飯大盛でも、500円。ワンコインランチで、腹いっぱい。
居酒屋ランチである。
池袋西口、丸井の斜裏あたり、「ミトヤ」の並びである。
このハコも、居酒屋がいろいろ代わっている。
で、落ち着くところ、中国系の方のお店になった模様。
店名は「池袋大酒場」だが、中華料理系居酒屋の色合いが濃い。
いくつか前の居酒屋の頃に何度か入ったコトがあるが、この店の空間は広々している。
天井が高いのもイイ。
ランチメニューは６種類、すべて500円。ワンコインランチである。
アイスウーロン茶がセルフで飲み放題。
居酒屋タイムも、99円おつまみなど多数。

「中華丼・ランチ」(500円) ―― 写真の通り。
ご飯大盛無料だったので、ソレを申し出たら、二合ぐらい入ってそうな感じで、かなり食べ応えがあった。
やや濃いめの中華醤油の味付け。とろみもある。
豚肉・エビ・イカが少々の他は、野菜たっぷりである。
調理風景が見受けられたが、大きな中華鍋で、炎を上げながら、強火でサッと作られた。
油と火力の成せる、イイ感じの味わいが出ている。
ワンコインで食べられると思うと、より、イイ感じ。
ごちそうさまでした。
最近は、滅多に料理しないが、かつては、野菜が中途半端に余っていると、よく中華丼をつくっていた。
最初の油と、やはり強火短時間が勝負。
味付けはウェイパと、醤油や塩コショーなど好みのモノで、仕上げのゴマ油やラー油をまわす頃には、中華料理人になったつもりであった。(笑)
中華の炒めモノ系においては、油と火力の好みが、そのまま味わいの好みの重要な部分だと思っている。
だから、投入順も大事になってくる。
