休日のソロ飯ランチ。食べログの投稿習慣が無かった時にふらっと入って頼んだ鶏肉の黒胡椒炒めが美味しかったので久しぶりに訪問しました。池袋西口芸術劇場と立教通りの間のグルメエリアにあるお店です。
大箱居酒屋のランチと侮ることなかれ。お店の特徴は中華に特化していること。そして、ランチの特徴は中華の中でも炒め物に特化していること、しかも500円で頂けることです。
週替わりのランチメニューは6種類。炒め物に特化しているせいかラーメンも餃子もありません。豚肉とキャベツの黒胡椒炒めと迷った結果、エビと玉子炒めをチョイス。
土曜日の午後、8割ほど席が埋まっていましたが、料理の提供が速かったです。オープンキッチン内の料理人が鍋を振るう姿を見ていたらあっという間に出来上がり。どれを頼んでも炒め物なので調理の効率が良いのでしょうね。
玉子たっぷりでニラとエビがアクセント、塩加減は居酒屋にありがちなしょっぱさの1歩手前で美味しいです。
500円の中にセルフですがウーロン茶飲み放題も含まれています。暑い日だったので3杯おかわりしました。
旨い安い速いの3拍子揃ったランチです。ごちそうさまでした。
