The store has an open feel from the front, so what was this place like before? The spacious store is crowded with students and young people. It's because of the location. It feels more like a Chinese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with continental staff than a Chinese restaurant. When I sat down at the counter, I ordered a drink and a Hoppy. The Hoppy set was 399 yen, but the Naka was 299 yen. I also ordered fried Gyoza / Dumpling, chicken, eggplant with spicy miso, and dried tofu. The appetizer is a surprising fried shrimp. I was looking at the menu while I was waiting, and the average price was 399 yen, and sometimes it was 599 yen. However, perhaps the timing was bad on this day (there were quite a few mugs, so maybe it was a group?), but no food was served. It's the kind you often find at stores popular with students. Then dried tofu finally came out. I thought I'd eat this and go home quickly, but it turned out to be surprisingly delicious. Most of the sake tastes like it's been mixed with vinegar, but the strong flavor makes the sake go well. (I didn't take any photos because I was planning to leave quickly...) At this point, I stopped the rest of the food (because I couldn't take it home), and I felt sorry for myself, so I ordered a sake (Jasmine High) that would be served soon. I was wondering if I should go for this, but at this moment they brought out Gyoza / Dumpling. As expected of a continental person like this lol Well, I couldn't help but eat it in time, so I ate it as a roll. Gyoza / Dumpling was cooked a little too sweet (probably because I hurried it), so I wish it had been cooked a little more. However, the bean paste was quite good, so it would be delicious if it were served normally. In this case, I regret not being able to eat the spicy miso stir-fried eggplant. However, it looks delicious overall, so I would like to try it again someday.
