今回は、個室があって女子に人気のイタリアンが食べられるお店を
行ってきました。
トラットリアクアルト池袋
シェフが修行したトラットリア(大衆食堂)をそのまま再現した空間は、
一歩入ればまさにイタリア！
現地の写真や絵画が飾られ、
陽気で温かみ溢れる雰囲気です。
こちらでは本格的なイタリア郷土料理から、
創作イタリアンまで、定番から日替わりまで、毎日様々なオリジナルメニューを
用意しているので週5で通っても飽きることなくランチを楽しむことができます。
店内はオープンキッチンになっていて、
いつでも厨房の賑やかでパワフルな様子を見ることができますね。

毎日、千葉の銚子港から届く海鮮のメニューがあり
『平目のカルパッチョ』は新鮮さで口に入れるや否や
頬がキュッとしました。
また、今回、温野菜に『アワビのバフォーレ』をおもてなしくださいました。
追加料金があるのかと思うほど、逸品が出てくるので
お得感があります。
メインの『牛肉とフォアグラの“ロッシーニ“～マデイラソース～』のボリュームにも
驚きました。
伺った所150グラム、お肉も柔らかく
さらに食欲も増してペロリといただきました。
「自家製パスタ」も美味しくもちもちでソースとの絡みよく
ボルチーニ茸の豊潤な味も香りで最高でした。
ドルチェの種類にもびっくり！
思わずInstagramのストーリにおさめて自慢したいくらいの
ビジュアルでテンション上がりました。
ハートのラテアートも可愛く、大満足、次回はお友達を連れてきて
自慢したいなと思っています。
