池袋駅東口を出て1分、信号渡ってすぐの
ところにある鉄板焼き店です。
今回結婚記念日のディナーで利用したいと
思い、食べログから予約しました。
今回予約したのは
【椿～つばき～】コース 記念日に使いたい豪華コース
旬の食材や魚介のタルト、鮑が堪能できる贅沢プラン
7品 16500円
+メッセージプレート1100円をつけました。
お店に入ると、大人ムード満点の
ラグジュアリー空間。
カウンター席のみです。
まずは
スパークリングワインで乾杯！
コース内容は
・和牛ローストビーフ
・旬魚の逸品料理
・鮑と鉄板焼き
・デニッシュバーガーと自家製ピクルス
・黒毛和牛ステーキ（シャトーブリアン／サーロイン）
・ガーリックライスorオムライス
・甘味
・珈琲or紅茶
1品1品担当のスタッフさんが、目の前の鉄板で
調理していただきます。
お料理が出来るまで、目の前で見られるの
いいですね！
ライブ感溢れるパフォーマンスは
見ている側もテンションあがります。
特に黒毛和牛のフラッペは圧巻でした。
これは絶対動画を録らないと（笑）
宮城県産と宮崎県産のフィレとサーロインを食べ比べ
焼き方はスタッフさんお勧めのミディアムレアで
お願いしました。
甘い肉汁が口の中でじゅわ～っと広がります。
岩塩・わさび・フライドガーリック・九州醤油
ゆずポン酢などつけて味の変化も楽しめました。
自然とスタッフさんとの会話も増えていきます。
お料理も丁寧に説明してくださいました。
私は写真撮るのに夢中で（笑）
メモする余裕がなかったです。
料理に合うワインにも詳しく説明してくださったのも
良かったです。
リュトングラスでいただく
ガージェリーは限られた飲食店のみの
提供だそうです。
自立しないグラスもオシャレ。
1杯目と2杯目と味の違いも楽しめます。
ご飯もののガーリックライスとオムライスは
どちらかの選択ですが、お腹に余裕があったので
両方作ってくださいました。
これがまた美味しくて。
どちらも美味しいので、お腹に余裕のある方は
スタッフさんに相談してみてください。
メッセージプレートも、ネット予約の時にお願いした
通りにしていただけました。
やっぱりプレートは嬉しいですね。
主人に日頃の感謝の気持ちを伝え
また夫婦で大好きな食べ歩きで全国制覇しようと
話しました。
コースは2時間制で、私達が予約した時間帯も満席でしたが
その次の時間も予約でいっぱいのようでした。
予約なしでふらっと入店したお客さんもいましたが
席がなくあえなく退店の方も。。
平日でも予約でいっぱいのようなので
予約することをお勧めします。
大人ムード満点の素敵なお店なので
デート、記念日、誕生日、接待など色々な用途で
使えると思います。
池袋はたまに行くので、今度はランチでも
利用してみたいなと思いました。
