今回は椿コースを
【菜の花とローストビーフ】
菜の花のムースが下に入っててムースと一緒にイチボのローストビーフを。
ムースの甘さとイチボ、生ハムのコンソメジュレがよく合う。
【旬魚の逸品料理】
今回は真鯛。
グリーンピースのピューレと、さっぱり酸味とコクのある梅干しを使った焦バターのソースが美味しい！
【鮑と鉄板焼き】
肝バター醤油で和えた鮑はプリップリで濃厚。
付け合わせのワカメもすごく美味しくてびっくり！
【デニッシュバーガーと自家製ピクルス】
目の前で作ってくれる可愛いサイズのバーガー。

杏仁豆腐は結構柔らかめの優しい甘さの杏仁豆腐。
さっぱりとしてて〆にぴったり！
高級感溢れる店内だけど、お店の人はとてもフレンドリーで居心地がすごく良いお店でした。
量も結構多く満足感◎
