面白かったのは
獺祭の酵母で作った白ワイン！
あと赤ワインのもrindoも大好きなので
鉄板焼きに合って最高でした✨
お料理はどれも美味しく、
特にソースが手が込んでいてとっても良かった。
フォアグラのクレープは、
フォアグラがクレープに巻かれ、
ベリーのソースと、
JAL機内食で採用されてる
ブルーチーズとの相性も最高✨
デニッシュバーガーは
お肉を粗目に手切りしているので、
食感が強く感じる感じで美味しい
別盛のピクルスを口の中で混ぜることで味変にも。
メインの黒毛和牛ステーキは、
フィレとサーロイン両方食べられるので幸せ
どっちかを選ぶお店がほとんどだけど
味わいの違いを感じながら
個人的にはお塩で食べるのがオススメ！
あとこれも食べてほしいのが
オムライス！！
鉄板焼き屋さんでオムライス出てくることって
ほとんどないと思うのだけど、
このオムライスがまた美味しい～
満足感がすごいです。
池袋のガチャガチャしたビルの中にあって、
入るまではちょっと不安だったんだけど
中に入るとラグジュアリーな空間が広がっていて
とても落ち着く。
椅子もいいので居心地がいいです。
池袋の駅チカにこんな
穴場鉄板焼きがあったなんて
知らなかったので
ここはチェックしておいてほしい
