おとなの週末に掲載された池袋で1番お洒落な鉄板焼き屋さん。
食材を焼く「音」「香り」「味」を堪能出来る、鉄板を目の前にしたカウンター席が特徴。
四季折々の食材をとりいれたコースで一年を通して楽しむことができます。
その時に最も良い状態のものを仕入れて提供する黒毛和牛ステーキが自慢でワイン種類が豊富な印象。
お肉はもちろん鉄板で作るガーリックライスとオムライスも美味しくて大満足のコース内容でした。

地下一階にある隠れ家的雰囲気。
暗めの店内照明、鉄板が目の前に広がるカウンター席で雰囲気抜群。
デート、記念日、会食等、特別な日に利用したい鉄板焼き屋さんです。
【お料理】
◯和牛ローストビーフ
イチボを贅沢にローストビーフにしています。
旬の菜の花、コンソメジュレが添えられていてあっさり頂けました。
◯旬魚の逸品料理
訪問時の旬魚は真鯛でした。
グリンピース、焦バター、梅を使用した自家製のソースが絶品。
レアな焼き加減のふっくら柔らかい真鯛でした。
◯鮑と鉄板焼き
鮑を肝とバターを絡めて焼き上げた一品。
臭みがなくて新鮮でコリコリ。
しっかりとした食感の春ワカメを自家製のポン酢につけていただいたのも美味しかったです。
◯デニッシュバーガーと自家製ピクルス
A5ランクのお肉を使用したパテはジューシーで肉肉しいです。
チェダーチーズがたっぷりでコクが◎
目の前の鉄板で、バターたっぷり使用して焼きあげたデニッシュパンでサンドするので熱々で頂けます。

京都の緑茶でした。
しっかり苦味があるのでお口直しに、

シャトーブリアンとサーロインを贅沢に2種類使用したステーキです。
フランベは圧巻でした！
ガーリックチップ、甘めの醤油ダレ、オリジナルステーキソース、イタリアの粗塩、わさびの5種類の味付けでいただきます。
◯ガーリックライスorオムライス
2人で足を運んだので1つずつ頼んでシェアをさせていただきました。
どちらも目の前で作って頂けるので出来立てを堪能できます。
2.3日煮込んだデミグラスソースを使用したトロトロ卵のオムライスは絶品。
たっぷりニンニクを使用したガーリックライスも美味しかったです。

自家製の杏仁豆腐でした。
アーモンドが入っていて食感が楽しめます。

一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくださる上に、グラスが空いている時のお気遣い等の細かいご配慮頂き終始気持ちよく利用をさせていただけました。
池袋の鉄板焼き屋さんで一番お洒落なのではないかなと思います。
ランチ、ディナーやっているので使い勝手もいいのでまたお邪魔したいです。
