知人と久しぶりの会でランチで利用させてもらいました。
池袋を希望とのことだったので池袋の鉄板焼きでヒットしたので訪問。
久しぶりだったので少し高級感のあるお店にしたくこちらをチョイス。
隣のお客様もお祝い事に利用されており、記念日などにもってこいのお店だと思います！
場所は池袋東口から徒歩1分のお店です。
ドンキ方面へ横断歩道を渡り細い路地に入りすぐを地下におりるお店。
店内は暗めでブラックを貴重のシックで大人な雰囲気です。
スタッフさんが非常に丁寧親切にサービスいただき大変良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
今回はコースを注文。今回は贅沢に一番高級な鮑の和牛の鉄板焼きコースを頑張って注文。
料理の提供のタイミングも常に気を遣っていただき、非常に良い流れでランチを進めることが出来ました！
どの料理ももちろん美味しかったですが、
個人的に印象的だったものは、鮑とステーキとガーリックライスとお味噌汁です！
鮑は肝ソースと焼いていただいたものをゆずポン酢をつけてあっさりと白ワインに合わせてスッキリいただき最高でした！
今回の和牛は青森産のシャトーブリアンと日立産のサーロインのA5ランクのお肉でレアでいただきました。
添えていただいた塩やわさびと合わせてあっさりも良し、
九州醤油やお店特製のステーキソースもとてもお肉に合いました。
ステーキソースは香味野菜やバルサミコ酢など色々ブレンドされていて赤ワインにぴったりでした！
ガーリックライスとと味噌汁も最後の締めに最高でした！
特にお味噌汁が白味噌で鉄板焼きにしては珍しいですが最後にお肉の脂を綺麗に中和してくれた気がします。
出汁の優しいお味噌汁でした！
他にもローストビーフに生ハムのジュレが使われていたり、
真鯛の鉄板料理も梅を焦がしたソースやグリーンピースソースなど珍しいお味で工夫が沢山。
どの料理も知人も喜んでいただき連れて行った甲斐がありました！
ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです！
