池袋での買い物を終えた後、昼飲みをすることになったのでこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
池袋駅東口から歩いてすぐのところにある焼肉屋さんで、広く知られているあのワタミ系列のお店です。
以前から気になっていましたがようやく利用できました。
店内に入ると早速配膳ロボがウロウロしていたり、格安回転寿司屋さんのような提供用レーンがあったり、注文用のタブレットが各席にあったりと機械が大活躍していました。
使った感じ、やはり機械だとかなり利用者側からしてもラクで注文をする為に待つという時間もなくなりますし、配膳ロボに下げものをお願いすることもできる。
いろいろな意見があるとは思いますが、個人的には飲食店のハイテク化をどんどん応援したいと思っています。
料理についてはどれも安いです。
安い分、量がやや少ないです。
鳥系は安いわりには美味しく食べれましたが、赤身系は固くホルモン系は旨味があまりない。
牛系は個人的に刺さるものがなく、このレベルであればもう少しお金を払うのでワンランク上のものを食べたいなというのが感想です。
そもそも食にかなりこだわるような人が来ることは恐らくないお店だとは思いますが、それにしてもといった感じ。
一品あたりは安く見えますが、コスパが良いとは感じることはできませんでした。
ただ、お店がとても清潔でハイテク化によってストレスがなく利用できたのでそういった面は良かったと思います。
