ローマ料理専門店「クチーナ ロマーナ パピ」。
と、いうコトらしい。
イタリアンのド素人なので勘弁願いたい。
約２年前、令和２年末に、池袋東口の「トラットリアコンアマーレ」という店で、完全無欠だと感じた「アーリアオイリオ」を食べ甚く感動し、本格的なイタリアンのパスタから始めようなどと思った時期もあった。
しかし、その後、池袋西口にも「落合亭」という店があるコトを知り、訪問したのだが、いらっしゃいませのひと言も言われず、常連ばかりのアウェイ感満載の店を後にしてからは、遠ざかってしまった。
僕は何ら詳しくはないのだが、どちらの店も、何やら「落合シェフ」という有名な方の店の姉妹店的な店らしい。
さて、この店は池袋パルコのレストラン街の８階の中の店である。
直前には、「Mano-e-Mano(マーノエマーノ)」という、やはりイタリアンの店だったハコである。
パスタの中でも、なかなかカルボナーラ系に惹かれるコトはないのだが、本物感のアピール文と、その日の気分が合致して初めて訪問した。
「本物のローマのカルボナーラ」(1,650円)＋「ブラッドオレンジジュース」(500円) ーー 写真の通り。
そのカルボナーラ、ベーコンでなく豚のホホ肉の塩漬「グアンチャーレ」だというコトと、普通のチーズでなく「ペコリーノロマーノ」という羊のチーズだというコトである。
言われれば、確かに味わい深いのがわかる。
コクも独特で、後を引くような感じ。
若い頃に出会っていたら、素直に評価できたかも知れないが、この歳ではやや遅すぎたか。
これから、この本格的なカルボナーラだ！と背伸びする気持ちもない。
長年カローラに乗っていたのに、急にフェラーリを見せられても、困るだけである。
ブラッドオレンジジュースをともに、そんなひとときを過ごしたという話である。
ごちそうさまでした。
ただ、評点は、素直に感動を表したつもりである。
サービスをやや低くしたのは、僕の席だけ水が無かったからである。
