I visited after 11 o'clock on a weekday in July 2023. Goteri Ikebukuro Parco is Korean Cuisine restaurant located on the restaurant floor on the 8th floor of Ikebukuro Parco, just outside Ikebukuro Station. There was only one customer in the reasonably sized store. Sitting alone at the counter, I ordered the ``Korean Wave A Set'' for ¥1,190, a combination of roast beef yukhoe rice bowl and sundubu jjigae, for an early lunch time. Since you can choose your drink, I requested oolong tea. The food is served after about 7 or 8 minutes. Roast beef yukhoe bowl with plenty of sauce, topped with egg yolk, and served with bean sprout namul. It comes with a rather small sundubu jjigae, salad, small plate, and oolong tea. First, I had a salad of shredded cabbage with sesame dressing, and then I had some sundubu jjigae. Sundubu jjigae is not very spicy or rich, but it has a light taste. Jjigae contains tofu, egg, vegetables, and clams, and you can enjoy the traditional ingredients in just the right way. Roast beef yukhoe bowl is a bowl of roast beef dipped in gochujang sauce and served with rice covered with seaweed. The seasoning is quite strong. Break the egg yolk and eat it to give it a mild taste. Bean sprout namul is a great way to add a refreshing vegetable flavor to a bowl of meat. I eat roast beef yukhoe bowl with a small plate of burdock root and chikuwa, and enjoy sundubu jjigae as a soup. Wash away the saltiness from your body with oolong tea. Although the set menu is Korean-style, it lacks the impact of flavor. That said, I'm happy to have lunch where I can enjoy sundubu jjigae and rice bowl. Korean Wave A set allows you to choose bibimbap or Cold Noodles instead of roast beef bowl. It looks like it would be fun to complete the taste of ``Ateru'' with various combinations. The customer service at the hall, which is run by young Korean men, seems very amateurish and lacks hospitality, but I'm grateful that I can casually eat Korean Cuisine at Parco. Since most of the customers were women, the store was too small for older men.
