I made a reservation for the Kuroge Wagyu beef course on a weekday Wednesday at 18:30. When I arrived at the store, I could see that the restaurant was almost full and it was very popular. When I informed the staff at the entrance of my reservation, I was immediately shown to my seat, but it was a table for two. *There were 4 seats available, but since there were only 2 people, I thought it couldn't be helped, but about an hour later, 2 people were shown around and I felt a bit disappointed... Start by listening to an explanation of the store's rules. The side menu etc. are done using a smartphone app. The menu is very extensive, and I'm glad it's free. After first enjoying a delicious assortment of rare cuts, each person can order 2 pieces of 5 different types in a showcase-like area inside the store. It's really interesting, like ordering from a butcher's showcase. However, what is a bit disappointing is that although the visible meat is large, the meat served is quite small. Since it's all-you-can-eat, isn't the large size a good thing? That's what I thought when I received it. The meat was of high quality, and the dragon ribs and upper ribs were exquisite. However, perhaps due to the stock situation, there weren't that many varieties on this day. Even so, I was completely satisfied with the high-quality meat.
