総合商社の中国駐在員に連れて行ってもらいました。
足踏み入れたらそこは「近未来の中国」。まるで映画ブレードランナーの世界。北京/上海の繁華街の路地裏のディープなスポットに入ったワクワクする感じ。写真撮っている女子が多い。インスタ映えスポット！
料理は本格四川というより「カジュアル四川」。味と価格を考察すると所謂コスパ高。従い個人的には評価高いです。 灶門坎とは四川省首都成都のストーブの竈（かまど）という意味と推定。なかなか意味が深い！ 【料理】
アサリマーラー炒め 980円 ---辛くて美味いエキスが凝縮されている味がたまらない。 ラム肉串焼き 880円（5串1組） ---東北から四川まで全ての中国人が愛する 羊肉串（ヤンロー）、クミンの味が臭みを取り除いてくれて素晴らしい。柔らかくてカリッとしていてそして美味しいその焼き加減ありがとうございます。
エノキアルミ箔焼き 580円 ---エノキに挽肉、辛味ソースがかけてあり、辛旨度高。同時に美味しさに激しく同意。
ジャガイモの千切り 680円 ---少し酸っぱいじゃがいも千切り炒め、これは箸休めに最高の味 ピータン680円 カエルの煮込み 1,080円 広東ソーセージ 380円
カリフラワーの辛味炒め、 帆立貝、 砂肝
何故か個室にカラオケがあって歌えるという不思議な空間 中国はある意味「何でも有り」であるという再認識です。
